How to Order

Welcome to our ordering guide! Here you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to create an account, find products, add them to your cart, and complete your order.


1. Create an Account / Log In

To view our product range with current prices and stock availability, you need to be logged in.

All new accounts are created after approval of a customer application.

Existing customer:

Have you traded with us before but do not yet have access to the webshop?

  • Apply for an account using  the form and make sure to tick the box “Existing customer”.
  • Once your application has been submitted, we will create your account.

Please note that in some cases this may take until the next business day,
but it is usually completed much faster.

Returning customer:
  • Already have an account?

    Log in using your username and password.

New customer (business customers only):

To place orders with us, you must apply to become a customer.

  1. Complete the customer application form under “Create account”

  2. Click “Send request”

  3. You will receive a confirmation message: “Thank you for your application”

  4. We review your application and create your account manually upon approval
    (this may take up to one business day, but is usually faster)

  5. Once your account is ready, an email with your login details will be sent to the email address provided
    After that, you are ready to log in and place orders.


2. Find Products

There are several ways to find what you’re looking for:

  • Product categories: Navigate through the menu.

  • Search function: Enter the product name or article number and click Search.

  • Tip: See our Search Tips page for advice on searching effectively.

Once you’ve found the product:

  • Enter the quantity you wish to buy and click Buy.

Note! Some items are only sold in specific pack sizes (e.g., center dowels and bands).


3. Shopping Cart

  • Items are added to your shopping cart, where you can see quantity and total price.

  • When ready, click the shopping cart at the top right and select Checkout.

  • You can change quantities, remove items, or save your cart as a favorite list.


4. Delivery Information

  • Always select your desired delivery date: It’s important that you actively fill in the date you want your order delivered.
  • If the field is left empty: We will deliver as soon as possible, depending on order volume and availability.
  • Multiple deliveries: If you need deliveries on multiple dates, it’s easiest to place two separate orders.
  • Additional instructions: Use the message box at the bottom of the checkout page for any other requests.


5. Confirm Your Order

  • Check that all information on the checkout page is correct (address, products, quantity).

  • Click Complete Order.

  • Would you like an order confirmation by email? Contact us and we will send one.


6. Payment

  • Standard terms: 30 days net.

  • The invoice is sent when the order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse.


7. Order History

When you are logged in, you get access to smart features that make ordering easier:

  • Order overview: See and track all your previous orders with details and line items.
  • Favorite lists with stock overview: Create your own lists of frequently ordered products for faster ordering and a clearer view of current stock levels.

  • Invoice overview: View and sort your invoices – both paid and unpaid.

  • Faster reordering: Copy previous orders with one click.
